4. Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed once full payment has been received.
We accept secure payments via:

LOOVE reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud.
5. Shipping
Delivery takes 3–5 working days unless otherwise stated.
Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or public holidays.
6. Returns & Refunds
Returns are only accepted if:
- The product is unopened
- The product is unused
- The product is in its original packaging
All returns are subject to inspection.
LOOVE does not offer cash refunds.
Approved returns will receive store credit only.
7. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost or damaged:
- A claim must first be submitted with the courier
- Once confirmed, LOOVE will issue store credit
